130. Amendment of Section 175.
- In Section 175 of the said Code -(a)in sub-section (1), for the words "Sub-Divisional Officer" the word "Collector" shall be substituted;(b)in Hindi version, -(i)in sub-section (1), for the words ^^vuqxkeh tqykbZ the words ^^Bhd vxkeh tqykbZ shall be substituted;(ii)in sub-section (3), for the word iV~Vknkj the word iV~Vsnkj, for the word ^^izfdz;k the word izfdz;kvksa and for the word vo/kkfjr the word ^^lekIr shall be substituted.
