- All Rajasthan laws, other than the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950 (Rajasthan Act II of 1950), as in force in the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan and as have not been extended to the Abu Area by the Rajasthan Laws (Extension) Act, 1957 (Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957) or by any other Rajasthan Law for the time being in force, shall extend to Abu area notwithstanding that Abu area did not form part of the State of Rajasthan when these laws were made or passed.
