(6)[State] [Substituted for the word "Provincial" by A.L.O., 1950] Government" means the Government of [Jharkhand] [Substituted by the S.O. 1181(E)/2002, dated 6-11-2002] or as the case may be of West Bengal, and "[State] [Substituted for the word "Provincial" by A.L.O., 1950] Governments" means the.
