Section 2(c) in The Bihar Irrigation and Flood Protection, (Betterment Contribution) Rules, 1961
(c)"Section" means a Section of the Act.(ii)Any word or expression used in these Rules but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Act.
