Section 29(2)(iii) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007

(iii)Wards having highest population of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in descending order of population shall be reserved for and allotted to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, as the case may be, in admissible number.
