Section 3(3) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
(3)If the Collector on receipt of the requisition for acquisition finds on verification that the land proposed to be acquired is not under the ownership or control of the Government, Local Self Government Institution, Government companies or any other person or organisation who had obtained the land by acquisition, he shall, transmit the request to the Government within three weeks from the date of receipt of the requisition.
