Section 22B(1)(c) in The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950

(c)in respect of which an application for registration has been made under section 18 and such application was pending on the said date, the trustee of such public trust shall within three months from the said date make an application in writing for registration of the property of the public trust and shall state in the application the name of the public trust.
