Section 22B(1) in The Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950
(1)In the case of public trust,(a)which is deemed to have been registered under this Act or under section 28, or(b)which has been registered under this Act before the date of the coming into force of the Bombay Public Trusts (Amendment) Act, 1955, (Bombay XXIII of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as the said date) on an application made under section 18, or(c)in respect of which an application for registration has been made under section 18 and such application was pending on the said date, the trustee of such public trust shall within three months from the said date make an application in writing for registration of the property of the public trust and shall state in the application the name of the public trust.
