Section 1 in The Bombay Municipal (Extension of limits) Act, 1950
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bombay Municipal (Extension of Limits) Act, 1950.(2)It shall come into force on such date (hereinafter referred to as the appointed date), as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
