Section 64(1) in The Rajasthan Waqf Board (Election of Members) Rules, 1999
(1)The Returning Officer shall exclude from the place for counting of votes all person except:-(a)such person to be known as counting supervisors and counting assistants as he may appoint to assist him in the counting;(b)persons authorised by the Chief Election Authority;(c)public servants on duty in connection with the election; and(d)candidates, their election agents and counting agents.
