Section 120(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)The annual financial statement or the statement of the estimated receipts and expenditure of the State in respect of every financial year (hereinafter referred to as 'the Budget') shall be presented to the Assembly, on such day in the preceding financial year as the Governor may appoint.
