Section 120 in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
120. Presentation of Budget.
(1)The annual financial statement or the statement of the estimated receipts and expenditure of the State in respect of every financial year (hereinafter referred to as 'the Budget') shall be presented to the Assembly, on such day in the preceding financial year as the Governor may appoint.(2)[ Copies of the Budget shall be issued to the members soon after the same as presented.] [Substituted vide O.L.A.
