Section 6(a) in Accommodation in Orissa Bhavan, Orissa Niwas and Utkai Bhavan Rules, 1991
(a)Request for accommodation in the Bhavans shall be made in writing by a letter duly addressed to the Joint Secretary to Government, Home (Protocol) Department and should reach him not more than 7 days and not less than 3 days before the intended date of occupation.
