Section 15(7) in The National Green Tribunal (Practices and Procedure) Rules, 2011
(7)Every applicant or appellant, as the case may be, shall pay for the service or execution of processes, in respect of an application or appeal where the number of respondents exceeds five, as under -(a)a sum of five rupees for each respondent in excess of five respondents;(b)where the service is in such manner as the Tribunal may direct under sub-rule (3) such a sum not exceeding the actual charges incurred in effecting the service as may be determined by the Tribunal.
