9. Display of publicity materials.
(1)No publicity material shall be displayed unless it bears in such manner, as may be prescribed, the number and date of the Certificate of publicity Materials Censorship, granted in respect of such publicity material.(2)No person shall display any, publicity material in respect of which a certificate of Publicity Materials Censorship has not been granted under this Act.
