Section 16(2)(i) in The Bombay Cotton Control Act, 1942

(i)fixes "Buri-L-147", "Ak-235", "AK-277" ["Buri-1007 (Jagdish)", "Hybrid-4" and "MCU-5" as the six varieties of cotton] [Substituted by G.N. of 4-5-1977.] (hereinafter each of them referred to as "the standard cotton"), the cultivation of which shall be permitted in the local areas specified in the schedule hereto annexed (hereinafter referred to as "the said areas");
