Section 141 in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
141. Buckets.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)concrete buckets used with cranes or aerial cableways are free from projections form which accumulation of concrete could fall;(b)movements of concrete buckets are governed by signals necessary to avoid and danger by such movements.
