Section 37(iii) in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019
(iii)The maximum height of the building shall not exceed 18.30 meters provided water tanks, chimneys, Architectural features such as flag masts, gopurams, minarets, steeples and other ornamental structures which are not intended for human habitation may be permitted subject to a ceiling of 30.5 meters from ground level.
