Section 13(2)(b) in Children's University Act, 2009

(b)in the event of a permanent vacancy in the office of the Vice-Chancellor. until an appointment is made under sub-section (1) of section 12 to that office, the Director General of the University shall carry on the current duly of the office of the Vice-Chancellor.
