- The payment of reasonable expenses to complainants and witnesses attending criminal courts for the purpose of any enquiry, trial or other proceeding shall be regulated by the Uttar Pradesh Payment of Expenses to Complainants and Witnesses (Criminal Courts) Rules, 1976, as amended from time to time and reproduced in Appendix 'I'.]
