Section 275(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)If any difficulty arises in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act or as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any Gram Panchayat, [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] after the commencement of this Act, the Government, as occasion may require, may by order published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, do anything which appears to them necessary for removing the difficulty.
