(ii)The Convener shall draw advances from the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education necessary expenditure for items/services connected with the ECET-FDH and submit for audit to the Local fund Audit and report thereof be submitted to the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
