Section 14(a) in Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019
(a)No person shall acquire in the State in respect of any minor mineral one or more mineral concessions covering a total area of more than 200 (Two hundred) hectares. Provided that in case of settlement of sand this limit shall be applicable only for rivers mentioned in clause 5(i) of Bihar Sand Mining Policy, 2019.
