Section 8(2) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(2)Vacation of Occupation shall be made when asked for on the above preference within six hours as between officers of Government and as between other entitled persons and within three hours of members of the general public in favour of entitled persons. Exercise of this preference should be made with caution and consideration and not between sunset and sunrise.
