Section 3(2) in Telangana State Sand Mining Rules, 2015
(2)Shall be for local use:(a)Free of cost:(i)For weaker section housing schemes on a certificate issued by the District Collector or any authorized officer;(ii)For own use basing on the actual requirement to be certified by Panchayath Secretary concerned and(b)For local use of sand in Government works on payment of seigniorage fee.
