The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Anmol Chandan, appearing on behalf of Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent No.1. He seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Vakalatnama be filed within one week and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Prashant Bezboruah, appearing on behalf of Mr. Munawwar Naseem, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent No.2. He seeks time to file vakalatnama. One week's time is granted for filing vakalatnama. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to serve complete set of pleadings with proof of service of pleadings upon the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.2 within one week. The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 does not want to file counter affidavit.
