12. Initial Spares.
- For hydro generating stations, initial spares shall be capitalised as a percentage of the original project cost, subject to the ceiling norm of 1.5%:Provided that the Commission, may for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, after exercising due diligence and applying prudency check, deviate from the above ceiling norm.
