191. Power of [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or its Standing Committee to call for documents from Chief Executive Officer.
- A [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or a Standing Committee thereof may, at any time require the Chief Executive Officer to furnish any document in his custody and he shall comply with every such requisition.
