(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely(a)the procedure for any appeal under this Act to the State Government and the fee for such appeal, if any,(b)the fee, if any, to be paid for filing any document, other than the memorandum and the regulations under sub-section (1) of section 4,(c)the maintenance of the register of societies and other book, if any by the Registrar,(d)the fee to be paid for obtaining any copy or extract of any document certified by the Registrar.
