Section 4(2) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(2)The University, by regulation has the power to abolish or create any faculty or any course or programme of study enumerated in the schedule without causing any detriment to the interests of teachers or students concerned and any such regulation shall not be deemed as amendment of this Act.
