(2)Before a candidate is finally selected for appointment he shall be required by (lie Board to produce a medical certificate of fitness from the Medical Officer of any Government Hospital or Primary Health Centre :Provided that a medical certificate of fitness shall not be required from a candidate to be recruited by promotion.
