6. Meeting of Authority.
(1) The Authority shall meet at such place and time, and the meeting shall be conducted in such manner, as may be prescribed.(2)All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by the Chairperson or by such other Member or such officer of the Authority as may be authorised in this behalf by the Chairperson.
