Section 13(1) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004
(1)The rules applicable to the employees of the Panchayat for medical facilities and travel allowance shall also be applicable to Samvida Shala Shikshaks.
