8. Powers and duties of Executive Vice- Chairperson.
(1)The Executive Vice-Chairperson shall give administrative approval to all project estimates and accept tenders subject to concurrence of the Authority:Provided that no such concurrence shall be necessary upto such amount, as may be prescribed.(2)The Executive Vice-Chairperson shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties, as may be prescribed.
