Section 63(b) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(b)no person shall remove any person who is or has been suffering from an epidemic disease from the place where he has been staying except to an authorised isolation hut or hospital unless he has received from the Chief Medical Officer written or verbal permission to do so;
