(3)A certificate granted under this section shall be in the prescribed form, shall contain a statement to the effect that all the provisions of this Act with respect to the survey of the [mechanically propelled vessel] [Substituted by Act 35 of 1977, Section 5, for " steam-vessel" (w.e.f. 1.5.1978).] and the declaration of survey have been complied with, and shall set forth-(a)the particulars concerning the [mechanically propelled vessel] [Substituted by Act 35 of 1977, Section 5, for " steam-vessel" (w.e.f. 1.5.1978).] mentioned in the declaration of survey as required by clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of section 7, and(b)any other prescribed particulars.
