Section 4(1) in Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Bihar Rules, 1986
(1)The Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors shall consist of examination in the following subjects:-(a)Law part I (Without books),(b)Law part II (With books),(c)Accounts, and(d)Hindi.
