Section 4 in Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Bihar Rules, 1986
4. Subjects of Examination.
(1)The Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors shall consist of examination in the following subjects:-(a)Law part I (Without books),(b)Law part II (With books),(c)Accounts, and(d)Hindi.(2)The syllabus for the examination will be as detailed in Appendix-I.
