(3)The Project Appraisal Committees shall scrutinies the applications of various institutions and voluntary socio cultural organisations for sanction of grants under various Youth Welfare schemes administered by the State. The recommendations of the Committee shall be placed through the Vice Chairman and Working Chairman, for consideration and approval of the Chairman of State Board for sanction of grants.General
