Section 22(1) in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991
(1)One hour before the commencement of the poll a copy of the list of contesting candidates together with a description of the symbol assigned to each in Form No. 9 shall be exhibited prominently to the public at the polling station.
