Section 1 in Rajasthan Urban Land (Certification of Titles) Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Urban Land (Certification of Titles) Act, 2016.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force in such urban areas of the State and from such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint from time to time and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
