Section 1 in Saurashtra Gharkhed, Tenancy Settlement And Agricultural lands Ordinance, 1949
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Ordinance may be called The Saurashtra Gharkhed, Tenancy Settlement and Agricultural Lands Ordinance, 1949.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Saurashtra.(3)It shall come into force on such date as may be specified by Government by a notification in the Official Gazette.
