1. Despite orders dated 7th March 2019 and 8th April 2019, none of the accused in these matters have still chosen to file vakalatnama of their respective advocates. Advocate Ms.Mukharjee states that she has instructions to appear for accused no.3, however, she states that she is expecting vakalatnama from said accused. Advocate Swaraj Jadhav states that he has instructions to appear for accused nos.1, 2 and 6 but has not filed his vakalatnama.
2. In this situation, we list these matters on 30 th April 2019. If the vakalatnamas are not filed before 30 th April 2019, the registry shall appoint panel advocates for them.
