Section 13(1) in National Institute of Fashion Technology Statutes, 2020
(1)The Finance and Audit Committee shall perform the following functions, namely:-(a)examine the annual budget of the Institute and make recommendations to the Board;(b)examine the annual accounts and all audit reports and make suitable recommendations to the Board;(c)give its views and make its recommendations to the Board on the motion of the Board or of the Director General, or on its own initiative of any financial question affecting the Institute or any on any matter referred to it that has financial implications.
