Section 48(1) in The Orissa Municipal Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election Rules, 1994
(1)When a person presents himself to cast his own accord and shall if so required by a candidate or polling agents, put such person either or both, of the following questions :(i)Are you the person enrolled as follows ? (reading the whole entry from the roll);(ii)Have you already voted at the present election at this polling station or at any other polling station ?
