9. Records of medical examination.
(1)The Medical Examiner shall maintain records of all medical examinations conducted along with copies of certificate of physical fitness issued for the period specified by the Director General.(2)The records shall also be maintained in electronic format.(3)The records shall be available for inspection or verification whenever required by surveyors of the Mercantile Marine Department and the Directorate General of Shipping.
