Section 28(b) in The Punjab Capital (Development and Regulation) Building Rules, 1952
(b)Where a water closet in installed in a building and the vent pipe is carried on the side or rear of the building or in a duct, the minimum dimensions shall be 3' - 0" in width and 4' - 6" in length;
