Section 1 in The U.P. Competitive Examination Allocation of Marks Rules, 1986
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Competitive Examination Allocation of Marks Rules, 1986.(2)They shall come into force at once.(3)They shall apply in respect of recruitment, on the basis of competitive examination comprising written examination and interview, for any service or post in connection with the affairs of Uttar Pradesh and under the rule-making power of the Governor, except where written examination has already been held before the commencement of these rules.
