Section 49(1) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(1)In case of any consistency or conflict between the bye-laws of an affiliated members society, and those of the Federation, the latter shall prevail subject to the provisions of the Act and the Rules.
