Section 21 in West Bengal Public Works Contractors (Regulation and Control) Act, 2006
21. Certificate of registration to be kept prohibited.
The certificate of registration shall be certified by the person holding it in a conspicuous place at the principal place of his business and if he has no place of business, he shall keep it on his person.
